From Grandmas Gardens Returns and Refunds Policy.

At From Grandmas Gardens we want you to enjoy our premium quality tropical dried fruits that our Grandmas have lovingly grown for you. If you are not completely satisfied with our products we want to make you happy again so we are here to help.

Returns

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, with its original packaging. We will replace your order or refund your purchase at your request.

How to Return a purchase

To make a return please contact us at info@fromgrandmasgardens.co.uk  and let us know the reason for the return of  our produce. We will guide you through the process  and provide a return address.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the produce is spoiled. We recommend using a trackable parcel service.

Refunds

Once you have informed us of a return and shared your reason for your dissatisfaction we will ask you to confirm whether you wish to have the order replaced free of charge or a refund we will fulfil your choice within 10 days.

Damaged or defective packaging

We replace your purchase if the product pouch is defective or damaged, or if you have purchased a multibuy and the outer packaging has been severely damaged.
